Caveman was the 20th villain the Scooby-Doo Gang faced. I wanted to mess around with the trope of Fred always making traps and all the trapdoors in the series. The caveman built a trap and Fred is faked he fell into it only to turn the tables by dropping a net on the Caveman.
This is the 20th in a series of original Illustrations where I revisit and reimagine the villains of Scooby-Doo in order they appear.
Some of the original designs are so iconic that I make little design changes but wanted to create another way to make them more than just a costume that was worn to scare some kids and a dog. This is done by adding to aggressive nature and making the characters more violent as they might appear in a modern version of the cartoon
This poster has a partly glossy, partly matte finish and it'll add a touch of sophistication to any room.
