Spooky Space Ghost is the 14th villain the Scooby-Doo Gang faced. I enlarged him to make him a Kaiiju Monster chasing the Mystery Machine.
This is the 14th in a series of original Illustrations where I revisit and reimagine the villains of Scooby-Doo in order they appear.
Some of the original designs are so iconic like the Spooky Space Ghost that I make little design changes but wanted to create another way to make them more than just a costume that was worn to scare some kids and a dog. In this case I enlarged the Ghoul and wanted to include the Mystery Machine on a California road on the ocean. I imagine the Spooky Space Ghost just crash landed in the ocean and is angry and chasing down our heroes.
